What are factory seconds?
Factory seconds can be either of the following
(1) Designers items that not chosen for high end distribution.
(2) Designer items that might have had a small flaw. (If an item has a flaw 876SCOTCHBONNET will always state this in the product description.
(3) Excess stock from a past season.
Why is there flat shipping rate?
876SCOTCHBONNET sells item at a reasonable price - but they are VERY valuable. We have storerooms in Israel, London and Amsterdam. All our items will ship from one of these storerooms.
